Co-Sharing Bed

We adopt a bed co-sharing approach with Ryan since his 3rd month. He just refused to sleep on his cot. He would be soundly asleep when we put him on the cot, couple of hours later he will be wailing for our attention refusing any sorts of stimulation to calm him down. Then when we laid him on our bed, he would fall asleep into Zzz-land in no seconds. So, the rest is history la.. until today I (hubs agree with me too) we got so used to Ryan on our bed that we have been procrastinating the need to move him back to cot so we both can have more ahem… intimate moment lor (to add… nah don’t humsup.. i don’t only mean ‘that’ intimate la.. it’s oso bcos the current bed will be too small to fit 3 people sooner or later)

Regardless how determined we were to move Ryan to his own cot, when we see him sleeping so peacefully on our bed, we just can’t do it.

I know this is crazy… I’m relating it as if I have to put Ryan on his cot miles away. Every night, we gave ourselves excuses, start tomorrow la.. and tomorrow.. and tomorrow. Arrgh… I’m gonna miss my sleep mate if one day we really have no choice but to it – for Ryan’s long term development sake.
