Another Early Night

Yoohoo.. as I’m typing this Ryan is long asleep. Occassionally he will toss and open his eyes. I’ll then give him a few assurance pats and he’ll be like squinting his eyes trying to get back to sleep (very cute and funny sight seeing this usual hyper little monster’s squinting eyes effort to get back to ZZzz as if knowing it’s late, time to sleep).
Today in Ryan’s history goes…
Slept at 10pm last night
Fed Ryan milk at 6.30am (scared he’s hungry although he didn’t really fussed for milk)
8.45am – Woke up. Daddy brought jalan-jalan.
9.30am – Pom-Pom
10.00am – 7 oz milk
10.30am – Nap
12.00noon – Woke up from nap. Had rice cereal mixed with Heinz Banana & Apple Dessert
2.30pm – 7 oz milk before nap
5.15pm – Woke. Ready to go out for dinner
7.30pm – Came home (ate nearby only) and sponged
8.30pm – Pureed apple as dessert
9.30pm – ZZzz-land
Phew.. wish everyday is like today. Good night sweetie. Muaks muaks.

It seems like BB Ryan has quite a long day nap. Perhaps he will sleep early soon. At least now he is sleeping thru the night.

Try not to give commercial canned food to him, you can make your own banana + apple pureed!
For the rice cereal, you can try EarthBest too. Can be found in most organic shops.
